This is promising. I didnt take the mRNA vaccines but i would easily and willingly take something like this. It makes sense and offers very little opportunity for unwanted side effects
Curious about a vaccine that prevents bacterial lung infections? Is that just a second order effect where a virus weakens you and bacterial infection moves in?
Amazing future new nasal spray, proven thru med science testing to work protecting against coughs, colds, flu & prevent bacterial lung infection. May be helpful for times of high pollen seasons. "Vaccine" by nasal spray instead of "shot."
Animal studies, so early work. If you activate the immune system non specifically, they will have to monitor autoimmune diseases in their clinical trials.
This sounds very promising, but I wonder if this would cause an increase in auto-immune disorders?
Technically speaking it's not a vaccine, it doesn't fit the definition of a vaccine. Immune system stimulant maybe.
So is that the thing they were trying to make when they were messing with coronaviruses in Wuhan? That project has a lot to live up to, then. Doubt it'll save enough lives in a hundred years to make up for the pandemic. And that's if it even works.
I will believe it when I see it. The mouse respiratory system is incredibly different from ours. For TB we had to give a mouse a million M.TB to get them sick. We only need to breathe it 10. Though I would be incredibly happy if it does hold up
It's coming out "next year", I suppose? And if it comes out "next year", will it have an efficacy of 100%? And if it comes out "next year", will it have zero side effects? And if it comes out "next year" will it protect against "all"? And if it DOESN'T come out "next year" will
Don’t tell RFK. I’m sure he’ll insist it will cause hemorrhoids or something. Progress will march on despite of that idiot.

The media could not be played.
“Could”? Just like “offer”, “might be” A helmet protects the head from any impact to the head. Not coukda
I'm not doing any nasal sprays since all those people lost their sense of smell. I'll take my chances with a cold.
A healthy dose of skepticism and caution would be wise here as we ‘wait and see’ before jumping on the happy boat. Once burned twice shy.
