When I was in high school I thought the Internet would lead to the golden age of democracy as citizens would be able to dialogue out all the problems and come up with better solutions together.

It’s fun when you’re young and still developing your own ideas. Helps you flesh out what you truly believe vs what you thought you did. It’s tiresome when you’re older and just trying to live your life.
