Traders are making a killing here. All you have to do is buy on blunder, sell when they walk it back, and repeat
The only way to fix this is with judicial review, with the courts making it clear that the President does not have this authority except in extremely rare and temporary emergency circumstances. Congress could do their job, but I'm living in the real world.
