crazy because I just had the best chat experience ever the other day w amazon
haven't gotten the refund yet... maybe because it's literally just a chatbot and it can't issue refunds? 
Ankur got the event handling and the empty array checking right out of the gate wow what a legend!
I'm surprise more AI Agents don't have guardrails.

Ok so he’s just a passionate front end dev stuck in a support role so what
I can't wait for Agents to come. They will start talking to one another on the support webchats in never-ending conversations. Until credits run out 
I mean this does not prove anything, just human customer support agent being very kind and generating code for you 
Damn, shoulda tried this when I was in a war against Amazon support recently
I always wondered what’s wrong with Ankur and why Amazon only has Ankur as a CS rep
i think ankur is just going above and beyond providing excellent customer service 
alignment and guard rails are a very hard problem to solve. i wonder if this will slow down the exponential progress we are having
