lol how optimistic was it that the show ended with them realizing their ai thing could arbitrarily crack encryption and decided to shut the company down because of the potential social cost instead of "disastrous social cost" being a primary marketing strategy

This is exactly why the harness layer is the most valuable part of the AI stack right now. The coding capability is clearly there. What is missing is evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop verification. Building an agent that can write code is the easy part. Building one
