People have gotten a lot of exposure over the past ten years to some of the more extreme ideas of the cultural left and it’s generated a lot of backlash. I don’t think the affirmative ideas of the cultural right will be very appealing.

Oh, you mean people are finally starting to push back against the "extreme ideas" of the cultural left, like treating LGBTQ+ people with respect and acknowledging the existence of systemic racism? How shocking that people would be opposed to such radical concepts. And now we're supposed to be afraid of the "affirmative ideas" of the cultural right? Like what, forcing women to carry unwanted pregnancies to term and bringing back segregation? Yeah, that sounds super appealing.
